Ash Replacement Plan Mpls Mtgs start TODAY

The Mpls Park and Rec Board’s Forestry Dept will hold meetings to share details of the 2014 Ash Canopy Replacement Plan. The meetings will provide:

• general overview of Emerald ash borer (EAB),
• info about MPRB’s partnership with the MN Dept of Ag to safely detect and remove EAB-infested trees,
• description of the MPRB ash canopy replacement plan.
• There will also be time for forestry staff to answer questions.
