Rush for Bitumen Pipeline Under Our Neighbor’s Yellowstone River & What it Means for Minnesota

TransCanada explicitly told the Canadian National Energy Board in 2009 that the proposed intent of the pipeline was to raise the price of crude oil in the U.S., manipulating the market by diverting oil from the Midwest to the Gulf. . . .
