May 9, Return of the Peregrine Falcon

After nearly a half century absence, peregrine falcons have returned to nest! Go for a short walk to observe the nest site. Bring spotting scopes and binocs, or share the provided ones.

Two-hours through sugar maples, red oaks, and basswoods within a bed of spring ephemerals. Feel free to bring binocs, sketch pads, cameras, field guides, etc.
